Final cleaning report for well (26) of Akakus Oil Operations Company

We have investigated the underground with the AOO team to avoid any damage to the wellhead facilities, the site also inspected and waste and litter collection and disposal, the well was cleaned contaminated dust was removed sand was pushed with Bulldozer and Front loader, Under the supervision of Engineer Samir Dzliter.
Note that this well is not mentioned in the list of wells to Contracted and that it were cleaned at the request of Engineer Samir Dzliter.
